We were called in the middle of the afternoon from the downtown theatre in Merle Common. The customer was rather glad he found us as we were the 3rd emergency locksmith company he had rung, the other 2 declining to help. He decided to go out for a film and dinner with his better half as it was their anniversary. But it was only as they finished at the theatre that he noticed that he had lost his car keys. He stated, "I raced back to the complex and searched where we were sitting down; however there were no keys in view. I later got an idea to look in our car and lo and behold there they were, still in the ignition, but the car had self-locked." Our locksmith was there quickly and after a couple of minutes had the work successfully done and the door open. The now happy couple were soon enough up and running.

The customer in Merle Common called us with a dreadful situation as she had stepped outside to procure an item and the front door slammed shut after her. Unfortunately, what made this more serious was when she announced "Please help me! I don't have my keys and my baby is still in the house." Obviously we sped over there and happily the road traffic wasn't too bad. We managed to arrive there within 15 minutes and had the house unlocked without delay. What we did learn afterwards is that she called her little kitten "my baby".
